Natasha founded and built Norquay Co., a design brand recognized internationally for its artisanal craftsmanship, environmental values, and distinctive visual identity. Starting with under $5K, she grew the company into a multi–six-figure business within its first year and led it for over a decade. She oversaw every facet of the brand—design, product development, photography, content, and business strategy—while securing global partnerships, media recognition, and awards. Norquay Co. has been featured at major international design fairs, earned a Gold European Product Design Award, and collaborated with leading brands and institutions including CB2, Ralph Lauren, Starbucks, Four Seasons Hotels, Roots, and Hudson’s Bay Company.
