Natasha Wittke is a visionary Creative Director and multidisciplinary designer with 20 years of experience in advertising, working at the intersection of design, human insight, and storytelling to build culturally relevant, high-impact brands.
Equally fluent in creative craft and business strategy, she leads teams, shapes executive decision-making, and delivers work across scales from multimillion-dollar campaigns to refined, high-impact projects. Her practice spans brand campaigns, experiential and environmental design, interiors, product design, and immersive spaces.
An entrepreneur and founder of Norquay Co., Natasha launched the sustainable lifestyle brand with less than $5K and scaled it into a globally recognized, multi–six-figure business within its first year. Her work has earned a Gold European Product Design Award, appeared at the Architectural Digest Design Show (NY), London Design Fair, and Interior Design Show (Toronto & Vancouver), and been featured in hundreds of global publications.
Grounded in Environmental Design studies at OCAD University and certified in art therapy, somatic breathwork, and movement, Natasha brings a human-centered, embodied lens to her work—rooted in the belief that creativity and wellbeing drive meaningful, sustainable growth.
