Natasha is a visionary Creative Director and multidisciplinary designer whose work blends design, human insights, and storytelling to create experiences that inspire, connect, and resonate. She believes every brand has a compelling story waiting to be told, and by uncovering authentic human truths, she fosters genuine connections and lasting loyalty.

 

As the founder and CCO of Norquay Co., Natasha has built a sustainable lifestyle brand into an internationally recognized name over the past decade, with exhibitions at the Architectural Digest Design Show (New York), London Design Fair, and the Interior Design Show (Toronto and Vancouver). Her work has earned a Gold award at the European Product Design Awards and been featured in hundreds of publications and television segments, receiving praise from notable figures including author and canoeist Seth Godin. She has collaborated with global brands and supported numerous environmental and cultural initiatives, including a 2022 partnership with the Hudson’s Bay Company to create a legacy paddle for Truth and Reconciliation efforts, gifted to national leaders.

 

Grounded in her studies in Environmental Design at OCAD University, Natasha’s creative expression spans experiential design, interior spaces, product design, and immersive environments—from wellness festivals to home renovations to commercial studio builds.
