Brand Identity Redesign & Relaunch
This project involved a comprehensive brand identity redesign aimed at revitalizing and reintroducing Scotia Square as a cornerstone of downtown Halifax. The primary goal was to drive increased foot traffic by modernizing the visual identity and reinforcing the Square’s position as a central hub for shopping, dining, and essential services.
The concept of "the square" was used as a core design element—both symbolically and graphically—to reflect the diversity and accessibility of the offerings within the space. From quick eats and local retailers to professional services and everyday essentials, the new branding communicates that Scotia Square truly has it all.
The bold and vibrant campaign was brought to life through social and targeted out-of-home.
The relaunch campaign invites the community to rediscover the destination and "see for yourself that it’s all there at the Square."
